With the built-in Hotellinx Suite yield management, you can fine-tune sales operations so that your staff simply cannot choose anything else than the best possible rates, depending on demand and other circumstancese.

You decide the rules and Hotellinx makes sure that they are followed, regardless of whether you are there or not yourself. When specific days or periods start to sell, lower rates are automatically excluded, so that you do not have to be aware of all special events going on in your area to be able to use higher rates during the right periods. If a period does not sell, Hotellinx notices that too, and releases lower rates.

The yield management module does not have to be installed separately, all it requires to activate is to be included in your license number. It is seamlessly integrated with the rest of the Hotellinx package so that all data are produced, analysed and utilised within the same system, without interfaces, any special actions from the users or outside assistance.

To get started, you can enter just a few simple rules and/or manually handled days, and develop your strategies by and by. When you create your rules, your own experience and know-how is the most important, but in addition, the Hotellinx sales and occupancy reports and the Hotellinx Manager’s View are also there to support your planning.
