Hotellinx for Conference Centres

Conference centres can use Hotellinx Suite to book and bill for meeting rooms, equipment, meals etc. A conference centre that also offers accommodation can handle that side too with Hotellinx Suite. All arrangements are kept together under one customer record, and can be invoiced as a whole or in different parts.

To keep track of additional information like time schedules, guest programs, meals and special requests, an unlimited number of orders are available for each reservation. Orders can be used as in-house information for the staff, but they can also be sent to the guests as supplements to a confirmation.

A graphical tool gives an excellent overview of how efficiently your meeting rooms are used, and makes it easy to rearrange reservations to achieve a higher occupancy.

Statistics are available for meeting room usage, and the same customer register is available for conference and hotel side.
