Licensing

You can install Hotellinx Suite on as many workstations and add as many rooms, meeting rooms and other capacities as you like (your unique license number tells how many simultaneous users, local or remote, are allowed). You can at any time extend your Hotellinx package by adding modules or users, all programs are included in the installation and only require a license to be activated. Most hotels purchase Hotellinx Suite, but rental options are also available.

Technical requirements

Hotellinx Suite works in a standard Windows environment, usually on a Windows 2003 server with XP Pro workstations, and there are automatic installation and update routines. You can have local and remote users and you can print on laser and receipt printers. Exact technical requirements depend on type of installation and size of hotel / hotel group.
