Depending on the restaurant system, you may also be able to utilise Hotellinx Suite’s electronic coupon and package handling system, which makes it possible for the waiter in the restaurant or the staff in the health spa to post charges to a room bill without knowing whether they are included in the guest’s rate or not. Hotellinx Suite recognises what has already been paid for as part of a package rate and what should be added to the guest folio as an extra, and makes two systems work as seamlessly as one.
