With Hotellinx Suite POS you can charge directly to room bills, browse guests and even check guests out from any point of sale. Several restaurants, bars and other outlets belonging to different hotels can be handled in the same system and stock control with multiple stocks is an optional Hotellinx POS module. Sales from all departments – hotel, restaurant, bar, spa, ... will be on the same sales report.

With the POS built in to the hotel system, the restaurant can browse hotel guests, and charges to room bills do not go through special interfaces, they are just made directly. This not only makes it easier for the restaurant, but also eliminates the well-known problem with transferred sales being included on both hotel and restaurant sales reports.

In addition to room bills, the Hotellinx Suite POS can handle an unlimited number of accounts of different types, for example for restaurant, bar and spa. Company accounts can be connected to the Hotellinx Suite Customer Register and invoiced directly from the POS.

The Hotellinx Suite POS includes check-out, which means that guests can check out not only at the front desk, but also for example in the breakfast room or in the spa.

Package rates can be handled without anyone having to manually keep track of which guests have which items included in their rates. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, spa treatments and so on can just be posted on any workstation, and what is included in the rate will be deducted from an allowance, while everything extra will be added to the bill.
