Welcome to NetHotel Internet Reservations Demo Site!
This NetHotel site is a demo site for a fictional hotel group. In a real hotel or hotel group, this page would either be the home page, or some other page where the hotel(s) and facilities are described and where you want to let your guests make reservations.
  
The fictional demo group Excellent Hotels has three hotels, Grand Hotel, Queen Hotel and Marina Club.
NetHotel is a Hotellinx Suite Internet Service
The demo site that you are currently looking at is for reservations and your own account details, including creating and maintaining your account, making and cancelling reservations, maintaining name lists for group reservations, ... Gate2Hotel, which NetHotel is part of, also includes functions for the hotel itself and its sub-contractors, for example to manage cleaning and other maintenance tasks, to check arrivals and so on. Such functions are separated from the reservations and require another type of user account.

The 'booking area' to the right on this page can be placed on any page, for example the home page of your hotel or hotel group if you want to show your guests the booking option right away. When NetHotel is used in a hotel group, the hotel selection can be with NetHotel, or you can create your own routines for selecting hotel and open the reservation page directly.
You can create the page as you like, with pictures, fonts, colours and logos that you use on your other pages. The area that the booking starts from, which is in this example on the right side of the page, you can also choose where to place. The banner on top of the page and the bar with HOME, ABOUT US, NEWs and so on, are part of the page itself, not part of NetHotel.
NetHotel is directly connected to the hotel database
NetHotel pictures and room descriptions are taken from files on the server, while availability and rates are taken directly from Hotellinx Suite in the hotel or hotel group. Therefore the situation on the web site is always up to date and you can be sure that if you have rooms to sell, your guests can book them through the Internet. When a reservation is made, it is added directly to the database and an email and/or SMS confirmation is automatically sent to the guest.
Let guests maintain their own guest name lists
Guests can maintain their own name lists through NetHotel, regardless of whether the reservation was originally made through the Internet or in some other way. Name list changes are also updated directly to the database.

Please feel free to try any functions that you like on this site, all data that you enter will just go into a demo database. If you enter your real email address and/or mobile number, you will get confirmation letters and/or sms confirmations (which are also fictional...). If you encounter payment functions anywhere on the site, they are just simulated payments and you will not have to enter any real credit card details in order to proceed.
