This new module is suitable for tablets, mobile phones and pc:s and is meant for housekeeping and maintenance staff, for the reception and for administration.

Clear overviews and an easy user interface - no training needed! Saves time and eliminates unnecessary phone calls between housekeeping and a busy reception. Guarantees that reception is up to date with the situation and doesn't send guests to rooms that have not yet been cleaned.

Helps to keep track of equipment that has disappeared from apartments or been broken and must be replaced.

  • Shows room status and features, cleaned / not cleaned, cleaning in progress, problems to be fixed, ...
  • Shows special requests for staying guest and arriving guest
  • Includes handling of on-screen alert messages
  • Sends messages by email and sms to maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, reception, ... or opens your maintenance system web site

The housekeeping module is available at a monthly cost, which depends on the size of your hotel. Introduction prices are valid until the end of February 2016 to a limited number of hotels, so be quick if you want to get the best price!
