Reservation terms Reservation confirmation, cancellation and payment When you make a reservation with Sieppura Cottage, you will be requested to pay a deposit, which is 35% of the rate. Only if you pay the deposit before the due date, will your reservation will be confirmed. If you make your reservation less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the reservation period, no deposit will be charged. The total rate must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the reservation period. If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50,- € (including VAT 22%). If the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the reservation period would have started, your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be returned to you. If you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation period would have started, there will be no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing. Sieppura Cottage has the right to cancel a reservation only if there are weighty reasons (force majeure). Should Sieppura Cottage cancel your reservation, the money you have paid in advance will be paid back in full. Keys to the cottage Before you arrive at Sieppura, you will receive an SMS message with a code that will open the door to the cottage. Once you have opened the door with the code, you will find a normal key inside the cottage. Upon departure, you must leave the key in the same place where you found it. Cleaning, linen and charges for damage Basic cleaning is carried out by a cleaning company at the end of each rental period and is included in the rental. This guarantees that each guest will be arriving in a clean cottage. The charge for linen is EUR 15,- € (including VAT 22%) per person. Guests will be charged for any damages that they have caused and items that have disappeared. Charges are listed in the guest folder in each apartment. In case of major damages, please get in touch with us, minor damages will be charged directly. Number of guests Even if it is possible to accommodate more people in the cottage than it is rented for, this is not permitted without the permission of the owner. For additional guests, there will be an extra charge. To arrange additional accommodation in tents, caravans etc. on the grounds of Sieppura cottage is strictly forbidden. Check-in and check-out times Sieppura cottage is at your disposal from 4pm on the first day of the rental period, and it must be empty before noon on the departure day. Complaints All complaints regarding equipment, cleanliness, charges etc. must be sent to us in writing. Special regulations Smoking is not permitted in Sieppura cottage, due to fire hazard. Because of the inconvenience it would cause to allergic people, bringing pets to Sieppura Cottage is not allowed. We wish you a pleasant stay! Back |
